It depends on the size of your home, how many rooms, how big they are, and the depth of cleaning that you require.

Ultimately the choice is yours, and you may want more than the minimum booking requirement of 2 hours, especially the first time, and then after that possibly prioritise the rooms and jobs to be completed.

This prioritisation can be done via the Cleaning Checklist that you will be left after each visit, to be filled in for our next visit, so we know exactly what your preferred and prioritised cleaning requirements are.

No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.

We carefully interview each of our cleaners, and check their credentials and experience, via character and employment references from previous employers.

Yes, including a minimum of £1,000,000 public liability insurance.

You can pay by Direct Debit or Bank Transfer prior to our visit or on the day of Cash to be paid to the cleaner, on the day of the cleaning you can pay your cleaner direct with cash or card.

Cancellations & changes to your cleaning schedule need to be made at least one week in advance if possible.

Absolutely None ... We provide a large range of our own top quality, professional cleaning products... However if you wish us to use any cleaning products of your own choice, that is absolutely fine. Please be aware though, that due to health and safety laws we don't use bleach.

Yes. All our cleaners have been vetted and can hold keys and all of our cleaners are DBS checked.  You will be given a key receipt form that the cleaner signs, and it is for you to keep.

Yes. The cleaner can do any reasonable cleaning related domestic tasks, but not the lifting of heavy objects.  Please see and fill in the customer checklist sheet to let us know about any particular tasks.  If you don't have a copy of our checklist already you can download a copy from the link at the bottom of our website or by clicking here.
